Work Order The following details are required to repair your unit. On submission of this form, you will receive the information required for payment and the unit drop-off/mailing address. We charge a $50.00 (inc GST) “Find Out” fee to test and diagnose your unit. This must be paid prior to commencing work. Note: while we can repair to component level, it is not always possible to repair every unit. Sometimes units can not be repaired due the lack of availability of parts, when it would not be financially viable to complete works or when damage is simply beyond repair. We will contact you once we have diagnosed the fault. We charge $110.00 per hour (GST included) to repair. Costs of repair and return freight will need to be paid prior to the return of the unit. If we complete repairs, the $50 Find Out fee will be subtracted from the final repair bill.
